Built from the Inside Out

EventSync wasn't designed in a conference room. It was born on wedding days — in the back of venues, between setups, during the real moments that go sideways.

It started with a missed first look

I'm a wedding photographer. I've shot hundreds of weddings over the years, and I've seen the same story play out again and again: weeks of meticulous planning, a gorgeous venue, a couple deeply in love — and then the day arrives, and everything starts falling apart.

The florist is running behind. The DJ can't find the loading dock. The ceremony was supposed to start at 3:00 but it's 3:15 and nobody's told the photographer the timeline has shifted. The coordinator is sending texts to six different group chats, and every vendor is working off a slightly different version of the schedule.

I watched this happen over and over. And each time, I thought the same thing: there has to be a better way.

The tools that existed were great for the months of planning — but they all went silent the moment the wedding day actually started.

So I started building. Not a planning app — there are plenty of those. I built the tool I wish I'd had on every wedding day I've ever worked: something that keeps everyone on the same page, adjusts the timeline when things run long, and lets the couple actually enjoy their day instead of managing it.

What makes EventSync different

EventSync is the only coordination app built by someone who has actually worked wedding days. Every feature exists because of a real problem I've experienced firsthand — not because a product manager looked at a spreadsheet.

Smart Ripple exists because I've watched coordinators spend 20 minutes manually recalculating a timeline after one event runs long. Role-based dashboards exist because a DJ doesn't need to see the catering schedule, and the caterer doesn't need the photographer's shot list. Offline mode exists because some of the most beautiful venues I've ever worked have zero cell service.

I built this for the coordinators who hold everything together, for the vendors who show up and do incredible work, and for the couples who deserve to be present for the most important day of their lives.

What we believe

📷

Practitioner-built

Every feature comes from real experience, not market research. We build what we've needed on actual wedding days.

🙌

Honestly positioned

We don't pretend to replace wedding planners or existing tools. We fill the gap that nobody else has solved — the day itself.

❤️

Couples first

The ultimate measure of success is simple: did the couple get to be present for their day? Everything we build serves that goal.
